Capital Needs

We need contractor type volunteers who can help with our Significant Capital Needs:

• a roofer to repair 4 major leaks we have.
  The Roof has been repaired. Completed!

• 2 of our 5 HVACS have been replaced. Still in process. 

• a contractor to repair or replace some fire doors.
  5 Fire Door Replacements ($15,000).

• Metal furniture & bedbug resistant mattresses for entire facility ($65,000). Progressing! The mattresses have been purchased, but we still need metal furniture.

• Commercial Laundry Machines ($35,000).

• Commercial Dishwasher Installed ($7,000). 

• Melamine dishes purchased. Done! Thank you Duracell!

• Remodel of bathrooms, increasing showering capacity. In process and seeking support.

• Fire Exit sign repairs to make our building safe ($500).

• a locksmith to have our building rekeyed because we have at least 30 keys to manage all the locked doors in our building. Locksmith to rekey the building ($5,000). Done! Thank you Ivan!

• There are major and minor drywall repairs that need to be done throughout the facility. Progressing! Thank you for volunteering.
